Su Mu, Ph.D. is a Professor of Educational Technology, Doctoral Supervisor, and Associate Dean at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence in Education, South China Normal University (SCNU). She also serves as a member of the Technical Education Subcommittee of the National Teaching Steering Committee for Basic Education and holds key positions in multiple professional academic organizations.

    Professor Mu has taught at SCNU for over twenty years, delivering core undergraduate and graduate courses including Theory and Practice of Instructional Media, Online and Distance Education, Information Technology in Education, and Online Course Design and Construction. She has led the development of high-quality courses recognized at both provincial and national levels and supervised student teams to achieve top awards in provincial and national competitions.

    Her research focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in education, multimodal learning analytics, online education, and teacher professional development in intelligent environments. Professor Mu has secured numerous research and educational reform grants at national, provincial, and ministerial levels, published extensively in both Chinese and English, and authored several academic monographs.

    She is committed to excellence in teaching and mentorship, and her work bridges theory, technology, and practice to advance the integration of AI in educational settings.
