Research Interest
Zengcan Xue, Ph.D. in Science, is currently an Associate Researcher at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence in Education, South China Normal University. He graduated from the National Engineering Research Center for E-Learning at Central China Normal University. His research focuses on knowledge graphs, neural networks, and knowledge graph reasoning. He has participated in multiple national key research and development programs, National Natural Science Foundation projects, and National Social Science Foundation projects. He has also presided over an excellence and innovation project funded by the Central Universities Basic Research Fund. He has published 12 journal and conference papers and holds 2 authorized national invention patents and 1 software copyright. Among these, 6 papers are first-authored or corresponding-authored by him, including publications in top-tier journals in the field of artificial intelligence such as Expert Systems with Applications (Q1 Top), Knowledge-Based Systems (Q1 Top), and Information Processing & Management (Q1 Top), as well as top journals in educational technology such as British Journal of Educational Technology (Q1 Top) and Interactive Learning Environments (JCR Q1). He has also published papers in Chinese journals such as Digital Education and the Journal of Bingtuan Education Institute. He serves as a reviewer for several journals, including Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence. He has received honors, such as the National Scholarship and Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award.
