Yingbin Zhang, PhD, an Associate Professor at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence in Education at South China Normal University. He earned Ph.D. in the DELTA program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and master’s degree in educational measurement from Beijing Normal University. His research interests are how AI can support teachers in mastering instructional skills and children in becoming self-regulated learners. He is also interested in learner modeling techniques and sequential analyses for educational process data.
